Nepal Tea Collective prioritizes seasonality, sourcing our bulk ginger during the prime harvest months of November to February. The ginger undergoes a rigorous cleaning process, including hot water washing, peeling, and a final rinse to ensure purity. Finally, the ginger is chopped into ideal 2-3 mm pieces to optimize drying. These chopped pieces are then dried in controlled chambers at 100°C for 6 hours, preserving the ginger's essence for a high quality. This creates fragrant organic bulk ginger tea.
