Crafted from single origin robust CTC black tea and mixed with finest organic loose leaf tea for aroma, this chai is masterfully hand blended with cinnamon, ginger, and green cardamom. This smooth yet boldly aromatic Nepali chai (chiya) comes farm-direct from smallholder gardens, empowering the communities who cultivate it with sustainable futures. Blended in-house at the Nepal Tea Collective fulfillment center. The CTC black tea is sourced from the Classic Terai Tea Industries in Eastern Ilam, while the spices and loose-leaf tea come from Kanchanjangha Tea Estate and Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. (KTERC).

KTERC is Nepal’s first certified organic tea garden. Mr. Deepak Prakash Baskota founded it in 1984 with the goal of eliminating poverty in his neighborhood. It continues to be a model social enterprise that operates on cooperative infrastructure and prioritizes people and the environment over profit.
